Bus was late right from the start of the ride. Kept halting and was almost five hours late. I would never ride this bus again.

Terrible experience! My bus journey from Bangalore to Trivandrum was a complete nightmare. The bus was scheduled to depart from Madiwala at 7:30 PM, but it didn't arrive until 8:00 PM. Near Tirunelveli, the RTO stopped the bus because the tax wasn't paid. The staff failed to show any valid tax receipt, and we were stranded there for 2-3 hours arguing with authorities. As a result, instead of reaching Trivandrum by 7:00 AM, we reached past 2:30 PM. The bus driver showed no courtesy or apology to the passengers. I had traveled specifically to attend a wedding and important morning commitments in Thiruvananthapuram, but everything was completely ruined due to this miserable delay and the crew's utter irresponsibility. Highly disappointing!

Organization problem didn't pay tax even after charging XXXX for ticket TN RTO caught this delay of more than 6 hours.

My bus was scheduled to arrive at 8:15 pm, but it arrived only at 9:45 pm, causing a delay of 1 hour and 30 min. This was very disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

This bus, scheduled to reach at 7:20 in Changanacherry was horribly late and reached only at 11:30. Pathetic time management.
