Staff behavior is very very bad. Not cooperate ladies passenger. Stop the restroom in bus after 5 hours from boarding the bus. Ladies are very feel uncomfortable this bus. Very bad experience.

Without any prior notice the dropping point was changed, which is 7km far from original drop location. I also raised the ticket regarding this concern. Without my knowledge, the ticket was closed and mentioned as resolved. I need a proper solution for this or else shall I escalate this issue to high authority.
