Bed sheet had stains. Also had some dirt particles on it. Swings felt a lot while lane change.

Bus reached destination with delay of more than 2.5 hours. The bedsheet was a bit dirty and leftover water bottles were not removed from the seat. Although complimentary water bottle was mentioned while booking, it was not provided.

The journey was good. It arrived about 15 minutes late at the boarding point, but everything else was great. The bus was clean and comfortable.
