Staff is very polite, very smooth and professional driving. Very convenient toilet break spots. Ladies friendly bus. Budget friendly. Punctuality is also appreciable.

There is no hygiene in bus, odd smell that irritates nose. Initially the bus was late about 1 and a half hours and a great thing happened as the bus ran out of fuel and stopped on the highway for about half an hour.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Came 1hr late the vehicle broke down three times. I had to switch vehicles and was still dropped at the wrong stop.
