The Tata bus suspension is pathetic. We were at upper berth 2nd to last and the whole night we were bouncing around. Couldn't sleep at all.

Bus was 1.5 hours late at pickup point and 2 hours late at dropping point. Very disappointed. Curtains, mattress, pillow not clean. Seats were not comfortable. Toilet was not clean. Very sad.

Both driver and the coordinator were very rude and they were literally threatening passengers when they were asking for next stop to take break. They drove bus in a very unsafe way and at some point everybody felt like they will crash the bus.
