Very poor service, negligence, and nearly 3 hours of delay. My experience with this bus operator was extremely disappointing. The bus had a technical problem from the very beginning of the journey, which raises serious concerns about the operator’s maintenance practices and pre-departure safety checks. Passengers should not have to suffer because of such negligence. Due to this technical issue, my journey was delayed by almost 3 hours, causing considerable inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans. What made the experience even worse was the apparent lack of proper responsibility and preparedness on the part of the bus operator. It is the operator’s responsibility to ensure that the bus is properly inspected, roadworthy, and ready for the journey before allowing passengers to board and depart. Such basic negligence is unacceptable, particularly when passengers pay for a service with the reasonable expectation of safe, reliable, and timely transportation. I strongly advise the management to take responsibility, improve vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures, and ensure that such incidents do not happen again. Passengers deserve better service, accountability, and respect for their valuable time. Overall, this was a highly unsatisfactory travel experience. I would not recommend this operator unless it makes serious improvements in its service quality and operational standards.

It's a night bus not a city bus. Through all the night the bus took short route passengers, and kept adjusting their seating placements, disturbing sleep. And the comfort of the bus is totally not there, should be upgraded
