It was the worst experience. Their charging point was not working and very loose. I literally had to hold it to get my mobile charged. In fact, it fell on my laptop and its screen got damaged. This trip cost me 10 times the flight cost for a MacBook M2 original screen XXXXX.

Promised facility, i.e., toilet is not available and the bus also doesn't have any rest stop, so people should think before booking this bus.

My bad experience the bus pickup man spoke very rudely to passengers. Today, while travelling from Mumbai to Pune, I was just 30 seconds late, but the bus did not wait for me. The bus had arrived four minutes before the scheduled time. On the other hand, the bus waited at some places for 15 minutes or more. But if a passenger was even 30 seconds late, the bus did not wait and left without taking the passenger. Was this fair? I had booked a ticket for travel from Mumbai to Pune on 10/10/2026. Passengers paid money to book tickets, but they still had to listen to the pickup man's extremely rude and disrespectful language. This was completely wrong. I had a very bad experience and faced a lot of trouble during this journey. I requested the bus management to take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action against such behavior. I requested other passengers to avoid travelling by this bus if possible. At the last moment, the pickup staff told me to keep following the bus, saying, keep following the bus, come to the next stop. I followed the bus in an auto-rickshaw for nearly 11 kilometres, from Malad to Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Andheri, and finally Bandra. However, the bus staff did not stop the bus at even a single stop, not even for one minute. I was running around desperately in an auto-rickshaw, chasing the bus like a madman, while the staff kept telling me to come to the next stop. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I would never want anyone else to go through such an unpleasant experience.
