Hi, My journey from Bangalore to Sangagiri was at 21 Oct 11:10 AM. Service Number: BGL-CBE MRG Kalasipalaya Bus No: TN66AT2838 I got a call from the bus service at 10:36 am saying that the bus will come in advance and he asked me to come at 11 am. I was okay with that. Then again after 8 mins, I received a call and this time that guy was rude and asked me to come fast. I told him I would come by 11 am as mentioned in the previous call. Then again he called me after 7 mins and now his tone was too aggressive and told me that if I'm not coming before 11:10, they will leave me and asked me to come to Electronic City. I reached the bus at 11 sharp and then found out that the guy who called me was young and immature and I argued with him by asking how can you be rude to the customer even if he agrees to come before 10 mins than scheduled. That fellow doesn't know about customer experience and talked like that and never accepted his mistakes. I request elite express team to look into the issue ASAP and condemn this kind of activities.

The driver was rude and unprofessional. When we explained that our unopened computer stand was harmless, he dismissively told us to leave it at the boarding point. Even if there were restrictions, he should have explained them politely.
