I travelled from Madurai to Chennai with Igloo Travels. The journey was overall okay, and I reached my destination safely, although the bus arrived a little later than the scheduled time. One area that needs improvement is cleanliness. The entertainment screen was quite dirty, with visible stains. The blanket provided could also be of better quality and cleaner, which gave a poor impression of maintenance.
