Entire bus journey was maintained by a single driver which is not at all safe. Driver and cleaner stopped bus in Tirupati and went away. Owner is trying to frame this situation as bus trouble and he wanted us to take RTC bus from Tirupati to Bangalore. This happened at 3 AM. No one is lifting calls. No one is responsive for the situation. Neither staff nor owner. Owner was unable to arrange for the second driver. They should maintain two drivers as default for such a long journey. Bus condition is also horrible and it is very old. I got cold right after boarding the bus. AC is cold but it is not clean air. It might have lot of dust. They stopped bus at 3 AM and started at 6:30 AM after continuous fight from passengers. Even after that, they stopped bus at Tin Factory and deboarded all passengers there. Passengers had to arrange their own travel to Electronic City and all.

Do not book this service, even if no other options are available! The bus stopped at Tirupati for 3 hours without any explanation, and nobody answered the phone despite repeated attempts to contact them. After making us wait for 3 hours, they brought us back to the starting point at Tin Factory and left us there without providing any proper explanation or assistance. This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The service was completely unprofessional, and the lack of communication and responsibility was unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this service.

Bus stopped for 3 hours due to bus operators not being available. Too much time taken; 7 am clock dropping but it dropped me around 10:30 am.

i didn't see this type of service..i didn't receive any from this travel before 30mns and it was delayed 1hour and above..on that time I was regularly follow up through driver worst service
