Someone else was already sitting on the seat I had booked and he was not giving up the seat nor was he listening to the driver.

This is the worst bus I traveled. Also, the bus is unhygienic and the drivers are also drunk. They don't care about passengers and their luggage. Don't ever travel in this bus.
