The bus was not up to standard and failed to reach Ahmedabad on time. The driver drove very recklessly throughout the journey. There was no cleanliness inside the bus, and it lacked any sort of seating comfort. The vehicle’s suspension was in terrible condition. Furthermore, while booking online, the bus was advertised and booked as a BharatBenz, but an entirely different local bus arrived instead. The journey felt like travelling in a low-grade local transport, completely falling short of what was promised given the high fare paid for the trip.

Third class experience for first time in falcon. Washroom not available to use, driver told it is under maintenance. And the worst experience is driver was terrible. He was driving a 40 ft bus like a car in Ghat section.
