Worst experience this time. The bus reached one hour late to the dropping point. Seat comfort is not good. Seat cleanliness is not good.

The bus left Pune at 5.30 pm, so the bus stopped at the hotel for dinner at 1.45 am in midnight. So I will request the time of dinner; it's not satisfactory for all passengers.

The A.C. regulator was broken, couldn't close properly. Curtain pole fell down many times. My seat was number 6, please fix it because for the price, the company should deliver a good service.
