The pickup at Paldi cross road was scheduled at 8:45. I received a text that it had been postponed to 9:00 pm. Then someone called at 8:20 and said to reach by 8:30 which, on negotiating, they agreed to reach by 8:45. On having an AC booking, three passengers were asked to adjust in an auto rickshaw from Paldi to CTM. We arrived at CTM at 9:10 pm, the bus arrived at 9:45 pm and left at 10:20 pm. So more than an hour delay, that too at a random stop station (not near to home). It was quite frustrating. I don’t blame the service only but it is the same system in Ahmedabad for other travels too. I hope they make necessary changes. AC transport from Paldi to CTM. Time coordination with the bus, so there is no need to wait too long at CTM. The good part was that the bus was clean and tidy. I reached the destination an hour earlier. Had enough space for my luggage.
