The bus arrived at my drop-off point 4 hours late. While I understand that traffic in Bengaluru caused a significant delay, a delay of 4 hours is simply unacceptable. I’m giving it a 3-star rating only because the driver was responsive to calls, polite, and helpful throughout the journey. The driver’s behaviour was good, but the overall punctuality was disappointing.

Late by 5 hours, still yet to reach and it will take 2-3 hours more. Also not spacious enough unlike usual semi sleepers.

I was literally 1 hour late to my boarding point and the bus driver was kind to wait for me for half an hour but then they left. Even at that moment, the staff kept in contact with me. They guided me to the bus and were very supportive and caring. After 5 hours of chasing, 3 changes, heavy rain, Bengaluru traffic and a lot of phone calls, I was finally able to get on to the bus. All thanks to the driver and the staff members. I will forever be grateful to every one of them. Thank you so much for helping me reach home.
