I had the worst experience. The staff was very rude, and the bus was in very poor condition. The driver was also behaving poorly with passengers.

The boarding experience was very pathetic, and the staff behavior was rude and misbehaving with female passengers. Cleanliness was not done, and the overall experience was bad with the bus and staff.

Stop point can be improved. Driver stopped the bus at midnight 12:30 for dinner, and the hygiene and food quality were not the worst of all time.

Bus was too late. Actual time at Sunder Nagar 9.45 pm but bus arrived at Sunder Nagar 11.05 pm.
