Behaviour of the staff was very rude and arrogant. A man named Vasu talked to the passenger very rudely and arrogantly. I will never travel with this bus in future. Goodbye.

Windows glass did not lock and cool air was inside the whole travelling time, so my body felt very cold and temperatures dropped.
