Bus was 2 hrs late for boarding and no intimation from the transport regarding the same and drop was at 8:10, however they dropped us around 11:30 AM

Change in bus boarding point, long delay to reach destination, no proper contact from travels, bad staff behavior, unclean bus, intermittent AC issues.

This is not a bus waste of time. Still I am in bus. It will go by Trippur at 8 pm only. Driver was drunk and started the bus. Pillow cover and bedsheet not cleaned; bad smell appears from it. There is no seat number on seats. Very very worst experience I have ever seen like this bus. AC is not good. Only one suggestion: please remove this travel from Red Bus; it's not safe for people. Some members, around 7 college students, left the bus after seeing the bus driver.
