Almost all AC vents were broken, which requires immediate fix from the operator.

This bus experience was worst. There were no blankets given to us. The tires of the bus were all ruined. The bus was 2 to 3 hrs late.

Today first time I got very bad service from Dhani bus. Bus is overloaded 3 times more than its actual capacity. Delay timing is more than one hour. Very very poor service.

One of the worst experiences ever. The bus was unclean. Redbus customer service continuously calls for feedback multiple times in a day. This behaviour from customer service is very irritating.
