I've been used to travelling from red bus but this one time I am very disappointed. They did not pick me from the point they were supposed to, and did not even pick my call when I wanted to know whether they will pick from the same point. I had my exam, so I had to take another bus but then there is no one to help me get my refund. extremely disappointed.

Seat was not comfortable, in the whole journey i was seating uncomfortably as the 2 combined seats was too conjusted, I was seating shrinked because of the man was sitting sprawled out.
