Bus conductor misbehaved and demanded extra 400/- money. Then complained to Dipak Travels office.

Changed boarding point without prior intimation. Dropped 10km ahead of destination saying vehicle mechanical problems. Charging point not working, no water bottle, no blanket. For remaining facilities I don't have courage to ask about it.
