When I booked my seat, the bus had a 2-1 seat capacity, but at the time of the journey, it was 2-2. Mobile charging point was not working.

1. Journey did not start on time. 2. Booking was for bus no. OD11AJ2139 but journey was on another bus. 3. AC turned on after starting journey. 4. Dropping point was Baripada bus stop but dropped 400 meters before bus stop. 5. Rude behaviour at drop times.

Condition of bus has become pathetic. Windows are not closing properly. Cockroaches are roaming.

Everything is okay except it's not reaching the destination in time and even after filling all seats, still picking passengers more and more, which makes it a little uncomfortable
