The bus number is different compared to the bus that actually came. There is no live tracking or driver contact details. Also, the bus is too old, about 10 years old, and not so good looking. Also, the driver refused to load luggage in the side luggage loading area and forced us to keep it in our berth, which caused greater discomfort.

The agent didn't allow us to place the luggage, in fact they kept all luggages inside the bus, even walking was tough, worst ever travel experience
