They arranged one of the buses from Nadavayal (Kerala) to Kottayam. That bus travel was not good.

It's an old tourist bus converted to AC with new seating. Bad comfort, no suspension. Also, the route of this bus is via Guruvayoor and the road is also too bad. I didn't sleep for a minute due to so much discomfort.

We were late by few minutes, informed them, but they did not wait or inform us that they will not wait. We went chasing the bus, from Kottayam to Ettumanoor, they did not stop or slow down. Worst behaviour.
