It would be better if an extra blanket could be provided on the bus, as other buses at this fare offer additional leg space and blankets for passengers. It would also be helpful to provide a 10-minute toilet break at a suitable location during the journey. This would make the journey more comfortable and convenient for passengers. Additionally, improving the staff’s behaviour and communication with passengers would make the overall travel experience much better. Polite, friendly, and helpful staff would be greatly appreciated.

I really had a good trip, but the only problem I faced is the seat I sat on is not bendable. It's really hard to sit straight for 8 hours. Please fix it. Seat no XXXX, XXXX.

Came 45 minute late but reached my dropping destination 30 min early. There is a small problem with the AC of the bus. That's enough. Overall good experience.
