I had a very disappointing experience with Classic Travels during my journey from Beed to Kolhapur. We specifically booked an AC sleeper bus considering the summer heat and paid the full fare expecting a comfortable journey. However, after the bus started, the staff refused to switch on the AC, saying it would be turned on once the bus reached the highway. Even after reaching the highway, the AC was not turned on. When passengers requested them multiple times, the staff responded rudely and refused to cooperate. Instead of proper cooling, only hot air was coming through the AC vents, making the journey extremely uncomfortable and unbearable. Since it was an AC sleeper bus, the windows were sealed, which made the situation worse due to poor ventilation and rising heat inside the bus. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Charging for AC service but not providing it is completely misleading and unfair to passengers. I would not recommend this travel service to anyone.
