Worst bus service. No support from red bus as well to solve the issue.

The bus stopped everywhere to take extra passengers. Near Nagaon Bypass, they waited for almost half an hour. Isbt Guwahati arrived at 1945 hrs.

Cleanliness of the bus. It was clean. The seats were quite comfortable. The staff was helpful. The rest stop was good. Live tracking and punctuality were good. Overall, I found the trip to be disappointing. The bus was clean, the seats were comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the rest stop was good.
