Really good service, best value for money. It's not a premium service like other buses, but for the price you pay, it's pretty good. Seats are comfortable, AC works, and staff is courteous

This is completely fake and misleading. They put us on a Delhi-bound bus for Chandigarh, saying that the bus would drop us in Chandigarh. Instead, they dropped us far outside Chandigarh, right on the bypass.

I have first time experienced this type of poor bus service and coordination with passengers. The bus has a total of 41 seats and the bus agency booked above 41 seats, which seat numbers are not actually available in the bus. The bus time was 8:15 am from kullu but the bus reached one hour late. My dropping point was chandigarh but the bus operator dropped me at zirakpur instead of chandigarh because the bus agency has no designated stop in chandigarh. I suggest to all passengers not to choose this service if you want a safe, on-time and honest journey. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

The bus started more than 2 hours late and the driver was stopping the bus unnecessarily. During the delay before reaching Manali, the driver was also denying calls.

Very poor experience. There was no blanket provided in the bus, and AC water was continuously dripping from the luggage rack, making the journey uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were also not up to the mark. The staff should take better care of basic passenger facilities and vehicle maintenance. Definitely not a satisfactory experience.

Bus got cancelled without any prior information. Pathetic situation. I am really very much disappointed with the services provided by service as well as bus service. Please process my immediate refund along with compensation for other ticket arranged at bus stand during mid night and most importantly mental stress due to this issue.

Operator cancelled the bus at the last moment and haven't got refund since 48 hours...terrible bus service.

I had a very bad experience with this bus service. The staff was unprofessional, the condition of the bus was not good, and the bus was around 2 hours late. When I tried to call and ask about the bus location, nobody answered the phone. This kind of service is very disappointing and inconvenient for passengers. I request the management to take this matter seriously and improve the punctuality, bus condition, and staff behavior.

Very bad experience with that bus and with the staff. Seat was very uncomfortable and broken seat.
