Bus was 2 hours late to pickup. The timing of the boarding points is not realistic. Hebbal to Marathahalli in 10 mins??? 35 mins from Hebbal to Silk Board. They don't have any concern over people waiting on the road, where there is no proper place to sit as well. Compared to other buses, this bus also reached late.

The bus started late. The bus was planned for 9:30 from koyembedu but came at 10:30 there.
