Very poor service – extremely delayed journey. The driver and vehicle service were extremely disappointing. The scheduled departure time was 6:00 am, but the vehicle reached Sasaram toll plaza at 11:00 am. The expected arrival time was 2:00 pm, but the vehicle finally reached at 8:30 pm, causing a delay of 6.5 hours. This is completely unacceptable. Such poor time management and irresponsible service cause unnecessary inconvenience to passengers. I am highly disappointed with your service and request you to take strict action to ensure this does not happen again.

Worst bus line ever. The drivers are the worst I have ever met. The operators are very unpleasant. I literally hate this bus line and would never suggest it to anyone.

The drop time was 3:30 pm but bus was late for almost 5 hrs and reached by 9 pm, now I am stuck in Dhanbad.

No coordination from the bus coordinator, we missed the bus as it was rescheduled with more added time. but once called no one confirmed it. Very bad communication...with no refunds...\\\\\\\\\\\\\i don't recommend their service.

Extremely Poor Experience – Highly Disappointing Service! My journey was absolutely horrible. There was no washroom facility, not even drinking water was provided to passengers. On top of that, the bus was delayed by almost 8 hours, causing huge inconvenience and frustration. Passengers pay for a comfortable and timely journey, not to suffer like this. The management showed no responsibility towards passengers and failed to provide even basic facilities. This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this bus service until they improve their facilities, punctuality, and customer service.
