Bus 2 hr late from boarding point. Shifted to other bus from boarding point. Other bus shifted to another bus at Katni. And bus not dropped to ISBT Jabalpur bus stand. Dropping 4 km before boarding point JBP.

Ac and electricals do not work at all. The bus is loaded with parcels from inside. No place to walk. Pathetic service.

Very poor service. AC worked for only 10 minutes, charging point was not working, and despite having a lower berth seat, other passengers were allowed to sit on it. Highly disappointing travel experience.

AC not working continuously. Stopage is too much. Every village without booking also.

Pathetic bus it was. AC was not working. The bus took diesel from four different fuel stations in multiple cities, which took more time. Charger points were not working. He stopped and picked the passenger wherever he wanted.
