Our destination arrival time was 9.30 and we reached at 12.30. Very casual attitude by the staff. They were not even sorry for it. Unwanted stops for driver's sake. For filling fuel, they took 40 min relaxing in the petrol bunk. People could not have breakfast, no stop at all. There were gastric patients and staff was least bothered. Untrained driver, very slow and casual driving. Guess drivers need to be charged penalty for not reaching on time; if not, they will be least bothered.

The bus was 2:30 hours delayed and stopped everywhere. There was neither on-time departure nor on-time arrival. Worst experience.
