The bus was clean and departure timing was fine, but the staff behavior was completely unacceptable—both the conductor and driver were rude and unprofessional. Passengers, especially those traveling with women, faced serious inconvenience, and the bus was overcrowded with passengers packed in like cattle. There were no proper scheduled stoppages during the 8-hour journey; the driver stopped the bus randomly at his convenience. Around 11:30 PM, the bus was halted at an unsuitable place for dinner, and shockingly, the staff consumed alcohol despite driving overnight. This is unsafe and unacceptable—management must take strict action to improve staff discipline, safety, and service quality.
