Very poor service – staff negligence and missing luggage. my bag went missing during my Mumbai–Hyderabad journey. the staff admitted that they had mistakenly handed it over to another passenger but failed to recover it. after repeated follow-ups, they stopped answering my calls and messages and started blaming me instead of taking responsibility. extremely poor service, zero accountability, and disappointing customer support. I expected to return my bag or provide appropriate compensation. I did not recommend this service.

The bus was one hour late at the Bremen Chowk, Pune. The driver team didn’t call prior. One of the bus cleaners was smoking cigarettes sitting beside the driver. It’s horrible.

Was late in arriving. Did not announce the stops well even though he had a speaker. Seat too small for 6' and above.
