The worst experience ever I had, please don't book this bus, anyone. Very pathetic. The dropping point was 5 AM but I reached at 12 PM.

Bus is already late from the start by about 2 hours. By the time it reached Kollam, it was 4 hours and 45 minutes late. I am still in the bus and it has not yet reached its destination.

The driver was applying brakes suddenly even though it is not required.

The facilities were bad, with no curtains at first for the upper berth and the window opening slowly over time, even when closed. The staff was not helpful with luggage. Cleanliness was pretty bad. There was no tracking or bus details like the bus number and driver contact.

the Seat was comfortable and all. In between the bus was making a huge sound...so got a Lil disturbed there. The AC could hv been a Lil more colder...rest everything was good ...
