There was no provision for seating comfort. No sheets on the sleeper and no blankets as well.

What I liked, only AC sleeper on the Daman to Diu route, clean and reasonably comfortable sleeper cabins, separate space provided to keep shoes. What I did not like, washroom stops were terrible. The first stop was at a very poor-quality dhaba with an unhygienic washroom. Poorly managed food stop. The dhaba was bad, and while the driver was having his meal, passengers were left waiting. He eventually started honking to get everyone back. Second washroom was unbearable. It was so unhygienic that I actually threw up and could not even enter. I had to use the outside area. Driver was not accommodating. When I politely requested a washroom stop, I was told to wait another 1.5 hours. Overall, the bus itself was decent, but the basic passenger comfort and washroom arrangements were extremely disappointing. The AC sleeper cabin was a good option, but the overall experience was bad enough that I personally would not take this bus again.

Bus service good but their rest stops are extremely poor and unhygienic. Also, the bus internal passage was dirty. We can understand the passage got dirty because of passengers, but the bus passage should be cleaned within 1-2 hours.
