Very messy bus blanket is so smelly and dirty. Also, the driver is so uncooperative. Bus timing is 11:25, he started driving at 12:30.

It was mentioned in the app that this bus has amenities like toilet, blanket, pillows etc which are basic and people pay for these amenities while booking bus. No toilet, no pillow, even no blanket, no water. It was such a suffering journey for everyone. And the bus was late by 3 hours.

Rest all this were fine. Toilet could be cleaner. AC was good but the bus first got delayed for 1 hour and it arrived at destination 3 hours late.

We have not received bus details, so we were unable to find the bus at Kashmiri Gate. So, we missed the bus.

Worst experience. The bus was 2hr late from the starting point and 3hr late at the destination. The bus washroom was very dirty and unhygienic.
