Pickup was set for 9:40 AM, but they demanded we show up at 9:20. We hustled to the city bus stand by 9:15 to be punctual. Waited 10 minutes, asked for the spot—they said bus stand. Then suddenly it's half a kilometer away! I start dragging my luggage there, and they call back yelling to stay put. Absolute chaos! Bus workers are clueless about their own pickup points. This incompetence wasted our time, energy, and patience—fix this nonsense! Otherwise, cleanliness and drop-off timing were good.

Absolute worst experience and cheap behavior. Due to a glitch on their website, my ticket was booked for the wrong date. Worse, their system confirmed the booking (Ticket #TV4W64339202) at the exact time the bus was departing (19:35). It was physically impossible for me to board, yet they gladly deducted my ₹907.50. Now they are refusing a refund and customer care is completely unreachable. Stealing money for your own technical error is pathetic. Avoid RedBus!
