I always use this service but this time oh my god it is so poor. The bus always stops to pick up people, and the AC is not good along with many other issues.

This is the worst bus, it should be removed from the Red Bus app, it wasted people's time, it gave the time of 6 am in the morning and delivered at 10 am.
