The Barkoti bus service from Sagar to Indore is terrible—specifically the staff and the service provider, Satyam Singh. They state one route but end up taking a completely different, delayed path. They changed the route without any prior information or updates; when questioned, the response was simply, "Take it or leave it." The bus service is absolutely awful.

The overall bus experience was disappointing. The seats were extremely dusty and dirty, making the journey uncomfortable. Additionally, the staff allowed intoxicated passengers to board and occupy the center aisle, which created inconvenience and made it difficult to move around, especially during rest stops. The designated drop-off location was also changed without proper communication, forcing me to walk a considerable distance to find an auto. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and my experience was not satisfactory.

The driver was rude on call and the conductor didn't even listening even after an eye contact. The driver. The Driver stopped the bus many times for the local passenger and there was a chaos in a bus
