The Good: Excellent Timing: Departed right on time and reached the destination nearly an hour early. Comfortable Journey: The sleeper seats/berths were very comfortable, and both the driver and staff did a great job. Areas for Improvement: Amenities: Bedsheets were missing from the berth. Rest Stop: The hygiene at the rest stop was poor. Having only 2 washrooms for a crowd from almost 8 buses caused major delays and discomfort. Suggestion: Please add Katraj to the list of official drop points during booking, as it’s a major convenience for many passengers.

Bus always departs before actual schedule time. This happens always. They should start on time is correct, but start before time is not right. It causes inconvenience.

There was nothing bad, it was comfortable, staff was also cooperative, but I saw a bed bug on a curtain, only one so I think it is not that severe but it will be handled well if actions are taken immediately. Hygiene was maintained awesomely. I would definitely travel again too.
