The restroom hygiene was the worst part of the journey. The washrooms were extremely dirty, and the doors didn't even have functioning locks, which made them very inconvenient to use. I was seated in seat number 19, where the AC was also a major issue. I wasn't even using the AC and had closed its vent, but it started leaking. When I informed the staff, the concerned person told me that the AC was "sweating" because I had closed the vent. He then opened it. But even after the vent was left open for the rest of the journey, the AC continued to leak. I had to spend the entire trip with water droplets constantly falling on me, plus not to forget that I couldn't close the AC vent even when I felt cold, which was extremely irritating. The bus itself appeared to be new and otherwise good, but it could have been much better maintained. A little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would have made the journey far more comfortable.

Very hygiene bus too good and moreover a small snack by them and yes staff is good. Resting stop is also good.

Reached Jorhat at about 1:50 pm, though scheduled time was 1:20 pm. The behaviour and attitude of the bus boy were very rude. He needs to be trained on how to talk to passengers politely.
