1. After approx 2 hours wait at the boarding point Bus not arrived. 2. No help from operator side and redbus side 3. Very bed behaviour of Redbus customer care person 4. I will recommend negetive rating to redbus but it is not available

Bus helper was very rude and they even did not tell which bus. They were just shuffling from one bus to another. Very terrible experience.
