Poor service.. heavy jerking in bus.. zero comfort.. staff behaviour disgusting.. operator doesn't receive the call

Overall experience was good but the contact number of the bus staff doesn't exist, thanks to the customer support who helped me to get the number. The bus is approximately 2 hours delayed.

no contact details was available, live tracking is not working. nobody picked the phone when contacted to operator even no one called from the bus driver/ conductor no one. had to take another bus. money went down the drain
