Live tracking is not working, bus is not punctual and staff behavior is not good. They are so rude, bus is not clean at all.

Basic necessary items are not available, such as blanket and bedsheet. The seat is not comfortable and it is very small. Cleaning is not done properly. There is no charging point available.
