They have to come Vittal at 10.30 PM but they are following their own time 11.15 PM. While enquiring, bus driver is not able to tell exactly where they are. These people are not keeping the passengers updated by calling them.

Bus was in horrible condition and it broke down on the way. We waited for another bus for 2 hrs and reached our destination 5 hours late. Unprofessional staff. Interiors of the bus were rusted.

My bus was at 10:20 and I reached the place at 10 pm but in between the operator changed the location, so I had to travel again to a different location to pick the bus. They came at 12 am. It was really horrible service and they reached Bangalore at 8 am.
