3 hours delay. Too bad helper behaviour. Always standing near to the seat. Not safe for woman passengers.

We have not yet reached our destination due to heavy traffic. The staff proactively informed passengers about the situation and explained the reason for the delay. However, the bus was already running behind schedule even before the route had to be changed because of traffic.

Very terrible. The staff are not friendly at all, and the vehicle was on time for pick up but very slow. The dropping time was 2 hrs delayed.
