Timing was not correct. We reached at 9:30 am but were still in the bus. Punctuality was poor. Please maintain the timing as committed.

I am not recommend travel to Ashok Dharmendra Travel very bad experience. Bus dropped 3 hours late.

The overall journey was not comfortable. The staff allowed too many local passengers onboard, which made the bus extremely crowded. The seat quality was very poor and uncomfortable. For a six-hour journey, there should be at least one rest stop for passengers to refresh themselves or have some snacks. Sitting continuously for six hours without any stop was very uncomfortable. Overall, the service and experience were highly disappointing. I do not plan to book this bus again. However, for the benefit of other passengers, I strongly recommend improving the above-mentioned issues.
