Driving skill of driver from Kurshela onwards was not proper. In the morning, the bus should be stopped where bathroom facilities are available.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent journey on your service. The condition of the seating was unacceptable, with visible tears impacting comfort. Furthermore, the air conditioning vents were not functioning correctly, leading to a most uncomfortable environment. The manner of driving throughout the journey was also a significant concern. I believe these issues detract considerably from the expected standard of passenger experience. Addressing these points is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction. I trust this feedback will be taken seriously and used for necessary improvements. I look forward to seeing positive reply, as I want refund of the ticket charges or else any type of compensation. I have the photographs to support my claims. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
