It has been observed that certain staff members contact girls travelling on your buses through WhatsApp, appear to obtain or use their contact details in connection with their travel, flirt with them, and make them uncomfortable through their behaviour and staring during the journey. Such conduct raises serious concerns about passenger safety, privacy, and the professional conduct expected from your employees. Female passengers should be able to travel without feeling watched, uncomfortable, or worried about unwanted personal contact from staff members. I request that you investigate this matter seriously, verify the conduct of the staff involved, review how passengers' personal contact details are accessed and used, and take appropriate disciplinary action wherever misconduct is established. Please treat this complaint seriously and take steps to ensure the safety, dignity, and privacy of all female passengers. I also request written confirmation that this complaint has been received and is being investigated. I hope the management will take prompt and appropriate action.
