They changed my bus multiple times without consulting me and gave my seat to another couple because I had booked a double person seat. During the trip, they asked me to go on another bus. I never travel with this service and advise others not to use this service.

It was the worst experience. It was delayed by 3.5 hours and two buses changed and came late by 1 hour for pickup. Do not recommend booking this. Instead of being sorry, the staff kept on giving vague reasons and started shouting.

The single seat was really small in both length and width, and the staff was absolutely pathetic and rude. He didn't even let the passengers use the washroom, kept a lock on it, and told the passengers to urinate openly when the bus stops at any point. Miserable experience
