Bus got breakdown on the way and had to transfer to another bus in the middle of the night (which was arranged by the operator). I am amused that how can they run a bus without having a proper checking even before starting the trip

Overall, the journey was good. I'm not sure why earlier reviews were negative. I think that adding some minor modifications, like making the bed more attractive, improving the switches, adding fans, and better curtains with a partition for the 2 beds, would be very helpful.
